DESIGN During our pre-construction meeting we will explain our design process. Ask how you intend to use your space, and who the space is for, whether it is for you, the whole family, children or aging parents? We ask about each group because they have their own needs and this need defines design. The way your space needs to function tailors our recommendations for materials, color, lighting, flooring, and custom cabinetry. Once we get a feel for who you are, what your needs are and how you live, Bogie & Cy will design and build an environment that enhances your lifestyle and brings value and comfort to your home.

Bogie & Cy do all the footwork for you. We develop and draw the plans, secure required permits, show you designs, take you shopping, and will coordinate all ordering and deliveries. Many design specifics can be shown to you via email so you don't have to worry about scheduling meetings around your already busy life. Bogie & Cy takes pride in being a "White Glove" contractor. We work very cleanly and leave the house swept & vacuumed every day. Stephen Bogard is a registered contractor and Jeff Cyronek holds an MFA and a BFA in design.
